1. confirmation
1.1 The contract is valid as soon as it is signed by the customer arrived at the hotel Thorenberg.1.2 Upon expiration of the option date will forfeit the reservation if the customer has signed the contract has not arrived at the hotel Thornberg.
2. changes
2.1 Confirmed reservations concerning the restaurant, can be changed free of charge until 24 hours before the event. Subsequent changes will be charged.3. cancellations

Up to 30 days before the event: Free
To 07 days before the event: 50 % of the agreed services
Until 72 hours before the event: 60 % of the agreed services
Until 24 hours before the event: 80 % of the agreed services
On the day of the event : 100% of the agreed services
3.3 Room reservations of 10 rooms or more :
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
50 % of the invoice amount : up to 15 days before arrival
75 % of the invoice amount : up to 7 days before arrival
100 % of the invoice amount from 6 days prior to arrival
3.4 Reserves of less than 10 rooms can be canceled free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation on arrival or at
Non- arrival of the guest will be charged 1 night stay.
In case a earlier departure, the balance of the account is payable Totaly.
4. premises
4.1 The Hotel Thorenberg represents a suitable room.4.2 The Hotel Thorenberg provides technical material in perfect condition and working order are available.
4.3 The organizer is obliged to return the material and the room in the condition in which he found it.
4.4 For disorders of technical facilities, the Hotel Thorenberg can not be held liable.
4.5 For material which brings the organizers , the Hotel Thorenberg assumes no liability . The organizer is obliged , on the same day mop the material again after the seminar.
4.6 Should the organizer during the assembly and dismantling of decorations need help from the hotel staff , the work hours will be billed.
5. corkage
5.1 For wines and other drinks that bring the organizer , the Hotel Thorenberg charged a corkage fee.5.2 CHF 25.00 per bottle of wine.
5.3 The allocation to external food is set on request.
6. methods of Payment
6.1 All invoices are payable within 10 days.7. times
